A mértékadó szakmai hírportál minden évben rangsorolja az öreg kontinens legjobb csapatait, és 2022-es teljesítményével a székesfehérvári egyesület az előkelő 21. helyre került a listában.
Az eredmény azért is kiemelkedő, hiszen a csapat az idei teljesítményével iratkozott fel a listára, azaz a European League of Football következő szezonjára érkező erősítések nem számítottak az értékelésnél.
A csapat újkori történelme 2016-ban, a magyar harmadosztályban kezdődött, amikor a Pál Tibor Kornél alapította és vezette egyesület új otthonra lelt a Székesfehérváron frissen megépült First Fielden. A csapat vezetése kinyilvánította, hogy a nemzetközi szinten is egyedülálló létesítmény a lehető legrövidebb időn belül európai színtéren is jegyzett egyesületet érdemel.
És bár kevesen vették komolyan az ambiciózus terveket, megkezdődött a szisztematikus építkezés. A csapat rácáfolt a kétkedőkre és első fontos mérföldkövét 2019-ben, a – legmagasabb osztály – HFL bajnoki címével érte el.
2022-ben Jamie Hill vezetőedző irányításával pedig valami olyat vitt végbe a fehérvári futballcsapat, amit -a cikk írója szerint- „Európában előttük valószínűleg még senki”: 18 mérkőzést nyerve, 100 %-os teljesítményt nyújtva megnyerte a magyar és az osztrák divízió 1-es bajnokságot, a CEFL Cup trófeáját is begyűjtötte! Vitathatatlan, hogy teljesítményével a csapat megérkezett az európai elitbe!
Köszönjük minden játékosnak, edzőnek, sportvezetőnek, szurkolóinknak, aki bármilyen módon hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy végre egy magyar csapat is elérhesse ezt a nemzetközi sikert! Külön ki kell emelni Székesfehérvár városát, amely a mai napig teljes mellszéllességgel áll a klub mögött és biztosítja a nyugodt építkezés feltételeit.
2023-ban folytatjuk, immár Európa legrangosabb bajnokságában, az ELF küzdelemsorozatában szeretnénk ezt az eredményt még tovább javítani!

Special gift has been placed under our team Christmas tree: the Fehérvár Enthroners are among the top 25 European teams in the year-end summary of American Football International (AFI).
The professional football news website ranks the best teams of the old continent every year, and with its 2022 performance the Enthroners have reached the prestigious 21st spot on the list.
The football team of Szekesfehervar entered the list with this 2022’s performance, i.e. the signings for the next season of the European League of Football did not count in the evaluation.
The modern history of the team began in 2016 in the Hungarian third division, when the organization founded and led by Pál Tibor Kornél got a new home at the First Field in Székesfehérvár, and the team’s management declared that the facility – which is unique at international level too – deserves an internationally respected football team playing on the European stage.
And the systematic construction began, the team refuted the doubters and achieved its first big milestone in 2019, winning the highest Hungarian division, the HFL championship title.
And in 2022 led by HC Jamie Hill the Fehérvár football team – according to the author of the article – did something perhaps never done before in Europe”: winning 18 matches with 100% performance, they won the Hungarian and Austrian Division 1 championships, and also collected the CEFL Cup trophy, with which performance the team squarely arrived in Europe!
We would like to thank all the players, coaches, sports leaders, our fans, and everyone who helped any way that our team could finally achieve this international success, mostly for the City of Székesfehérvár which has been fully behind the and ensures the conditions of the systematic progress.
